CALIBRATORS
Calibrators work by comparing the readings of the instrument being calibrated to a known reference standard. The calibrator generates a signal or stimulus that is sent to the instrument being calibrated, and the resulting output is compared to the expected output based on the reference standard. The calibrator then adjusts the instrument being calibrated until it matches the reference standard.
Calibrators are an essential tool for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of measuring instruments. Regular calibration helps to identify and correct any measurement errors or drift, which can affect the quality of products, processes, and data.
